I. Product Introduction
The Temperature & Pressure Alternating Test Bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is applicable to pressure alternating tests of automotive pipes, pipelines, radiators, intercoolers, water tanks, oil coolers and other products to simulate actual working conditions.
The testing machine adopts fully automatic computer control, featuring easy operation, stable performance and convenient maintenance.
When operating the Temperature & Pressure Alternating Test Bench, relevant operating specifications and safety standards shall be followed to ensure normal equipment operation and accurate test results. Meanwhile, regular equipment maintenance is required to extend service life and sustain stable performance.

Medium impact flow range: 0 ~ 25 L/min
Temperature alternating frequency: 0 ~ 20 cycles/min
Pressure alternating frequency: 0 ~ 20 cycles/min
Alternating cycles: adjustable from 0 to 99999 cycles
Waveforms: sine wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave
Complies with temperature and pressure alternating test requirements specified in QC/T 468 and GB/T 31467.3
III. Test Requirements of Temperature & Pressure Alternating Test Bench
Test medium: aqueous solution containing 70% ethylene glycol and 30% water
Pressure curve: sine wave profile
Frequency: approx. 1 Hz; total pressure cycles: 200,000 cycles
Low gauge pressure: 0.5 ± 0.2 bar; High gauge pressure: 3.5 ± 0.2 bar
Test procedure:
10,000 pressure cycles, medium temperature = -20 ± 3℃, ambient temperature = -40 ± 3℃
90,000 pressure cycles, medium temperature = 80 ± 3℃, ambient temperature = 80 ± 3℃
10,000 pressure cycles, medium temperature = -20 ± 3℃, ambient temperature = -40 ± 3℃
90,000 pressure cycles, medium temperature = 80 ± 3℃, ambient temperature = 80 ± 3℃
Two detection methods for pressure alternation are available. As specified in QC/T 468: when the working medium is a mixture of 50% ethylene glycol and 50% water, and medium temperature is 120℃ or 95℃, the pressure varies between 30 – 125 – 30 kPa for 50,000 test cycles.
In accordance with other requirements: the pressure follows a sine wave at 1 ~ 2 Hz, performing cycles under specified ambient temperature, medium temperature and pressure conditions.
