1. Application Scope of Gas Cylinder Fatigue Testing Machine
The gas cylinder fatigue testing machine developed by Jinan SUPER is mainly applied to pressure fatigue tests of various cylinders, including breathing cylinders, filament-wound cylinders, LNG cylinders, CNG cylinders, LPG cylinders, nitrogen cylinders, oxygen cylinders, hydrogen cylinders and fire-fighting cylinders.

Pulse pressure waveform: standard square wave (or trapezoidal wave); pulse width can be customized per customer requirements.
Test medium temperature: ambient temperature ~ 130℃ (customizable upon customer request)

3. Equipment Composition of Gas Cylinder Pressure Cycle Testing Machine
This test bench consists of three main parts:
Hydraulic system: circulation pump, pulse generator.
Test cabinet: mainly used to mount test specimens, realize pressure regulation and display system pressure readings.
Electrical control cabinet and computer test system: start buttons and instruments are all mounted on the console for centralized control and monitoring. The computer system can collect parameters including test pressure waveform, cycle count and pulse frequency, support report printing, and feature fault alert function.
