Ⅰ. Scope of Application
The fuel filter pulse pressure testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used to test the fatigue life of filters under specified pulse pressure.
The equipment complies with QC/T 772-2006《Test Methods for Automotive Diesel Fuel Filter Systems》.
Adopting automatic computer control, it can collect real-time data including pressure, temperature, waveform and pulse cycles. Test reports can be exported in Excel format and edited freely.
During the test, the machine records real-time changes in pressure and temperature of the fuel filter, as well as possible leakage and deformation. These data are critical for analyzing the filter performance, helping manufacturers identify weak points of the product and carry out targeted improvement and optimization.

Medium for pulse cycle fatigue test: Ethylene glycol mixture or hydraulic oil

The test can run continuously for more than 300,000 cycles.
After completing the above cycles, conduct the sealing performance test; no leakage or deformation is allowed.
