Scope of Application
The fire extinguisher burst testing machine is used for the hydrostatic burst strength test of fire extinguisher cylinders. It is widely applicable to production inspection, research and development of various fire extinguishers in fire extinguisher manufacturers, product quality inspection institutes, scientific research institutions and colleges.
Control Mode
The test process of the fire extinguisher burst testing machine is controlled by a microcomputer. It can display the real-time curve of test pressure versus time. Test results can be automatically saved and printed out, and data can be automatically saved in case of power failure. Parameters such as output pressure and pressure holding time can be freely set within the allowable range. The self-developed dedicated control software is mature and stable, ensuring the entire test process fully complies with relevant national standards.

Basic Principle |
According to the different pressure requirements of the valve, the high-pressure pump generates high-pressure liquid. Through the pressure control system, the liquid is delivered to the test piece via a high-pressure hose, to conduct long-term hydrostatic pressure test and burst test on the valve. |
