一、Product Introduction
The Static Evaporation Rate Tester manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. complies with GB/T 18443.5-2010 Performance Test Methods for Vacuum Insulated Cryogenic Equipment – Part 5: Measurement of Static Evaporation Rate in terms of test procedures and measurement quantity.
It adopts the gas mass flowmeter method with liquid nitrogen as the test medium. The instrument uses a gas mass flowmeter to measure the mass flow rate of gas evaporated from the liquid inside the test piece per unit time, and calculates the test evaporation rate and static evaporation rate based on the measured gas mass flow data.
This equipment is applied to the leakage rate detection of LNG cylinders, liquid nitrogen cylinders and liquid oxygen cylinders. It adopts the gas mass method for detection, and is suitable for static evaporation rate measurement of vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessels, vacuum insulated cryogenic gas cylinders, vacuum insulated pipes and pipe fittings, as well as other vacuum insulated cryogenic equipment.
