The comprehensive tester for chemical oxygen fire respirator manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is applied to dead space test of respirator mask. It mainly consists of ventilator, carbon dioxide air source, CO₂ flowmeter, CO₂ gas analyzer, test head form, motor and other components. Its testing principle and methods comply with GB2890-2009 standards.

The working principle: The ventilator drives carbon dioxide gas circulation. The analyzer detects CO₂ concentration before and after passing through the mask to conduct dead space test and evaluate product performance.

The respirator comprehensive calibrator is used to test various performances of respirators, including full face mask leakage, overall air tightness, air supply valve performance, high-pressure part leakage, dynamic breathing resistance, alarm pressure, pressure gauge accuracy, outlet pressure and pressure variation of pressure reducer, as well as opening, full exhaust and closing pressure of safety valve. Visual inspection of respirator is also covered. It complies with standard GA124 for positive pressure fire air respirators.
