Product Introduction
The bogie air tightness test bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for the pneumatic and hydraulic tightness tests of bogie frames of Type A metro, Type B metro, urban rail vehicles and special vehicles.
For the pneumatic tightness test, the test pressure is set within 490kPa~500kPa. No leakage is allowed after pressure holding for more than 5 minutes.
For the hydraulic tightness test, the pressure range is 1440kPa~1600kPa. No leakage shall occur after pressure holding for more than 5 minutes.
By conducting various air tightness tests on bogie frames with this test bench, the air tightness performance of the frame can be fully evaluated, and potential air tightness defects can be detected and eliminated in a timely manner. It helps improve the overall quality and operational reliability of bogie frames, ensuring stable and excellent performance during long-term service.

Compressed air: 0.6 MPa.
The equipment adopts TN-S power supply system.
The protection grade of the electrical control cabinet shall be not lower than IP55.
Ambient temperature: (0~40) ℃.
Relative humidity: ≤90%.
III. Features of Bogie Frame Air Tightness Test Bench
The pneumatic test pressure is supplied by the workshop air source, and the equipment shall be equipped with a reliable air filter device. The hydraulic test is pressurized by a pressure pump with a water tank; the tank volume shall meet the water consumption for two tests.
The pressure sensor detects the applied pressure. When the pressure meets the technical test requirements, the pressure sensor feeds back signals to the control system. The pressure regulating system receives instructions from the computer to control the electric regulating valve for exhaust pressure adjustment, realizing automatic pressure regulation.
The system is equipped with a visual display system and a print output device. The display unit presents real-time pressure changes in the form of pressure-time curve, and can finally print paper reports for file retention.
The system supports data storage and human-machine interaction interface. It can store test data and input test information, including bogie frame number, test time, operator name, pressure curve chart and other contents.
The equipment is fitted with a workpiece code scanning recognition device, and consists of a pressurizing mechanism, control feedback system, human-machine interaction terminal, sealing device, workpiece turnover device and other components.
