I. Product Introduction
The platform pressure test pump developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used for pressure testing of BOP stacks, choke manifolds, riser manifolds and high-pressure valves. It features high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance, complying with the new national standard JB/T53058-93 issued by the Ministry of Machinery. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the international ISO 2858 standard.
It has the advantages of high efficiency, wide flow and head range, reasonable structure, low cost, long service life, small footprint, and convenient installation and maintenance.
When using the platform pressure test pump, attention should be paid to parameters such as the conveyed medium and operating pressure to ensure its normal operation and prolong service life. Meanwhile, regular maintenance is required to guarantee its performance and safety.

II. Features of Platform Pressure Test Pump
The equipment can be equipped with either a pointer disc recorder or an electronic recorder.
For the disc recorder, spare recording charts and spare recording pens are provided, and it can display low pressure and high pressure separately.
For the automatic recorder, relevant recording data can be manually input, and matching printing paper is supplied.
The hard alloy seals of different materials ensure no leakage during the conveying of various media.
III. Parameters of Platform Pressure Test Pump
1 pneumatic pump with a liquid-air ratio of 1:64, output pressure 40 MPa, displacement 90 mL per stroke, oil suction port 1”, hydraulic output port 1/2”;
1 pneumatic pump with a liquid-air ratio of 1:255, connected in series with the 1:60 pneumatic pump for pressurization;
2 ultra-high pressure globe valves of M20×1.5, operating pressure 30000 psi, one for system pressure relief and the other for pressure holding;
Set air supply pressure: 0.7 MPa (100 PSI);
System operating pressure: 200 MPa (29000 PSI);
Equipped oil tank volume: no less than 120 L, with 4” cleaning port, air filter, oil drain port and oil level gauge;
1 shock-resistant pressure gauge for displaying system output pressure, measuring range 0~50000 PSI;
1 set of 1/2” air supply manifold, including globe valve, pressure regulating valve, air filter, lubricator and 2 OD60 pressure gauges,
which respectively display:
Air supply pressure: measuring range 0~1.6 MPa (0~232 PSI);
Pump unit air supply pressure: measuring range 0~1.6 MPa (0~232 PSI);
1 rupture disc for ultra-high pressure protection, bursting pressure 168 MPa;
Matching automatic recorder: 1 recorder and 200 pieces of pressure test recording charts;
Other necessary filters, globe valves, relief valves and connecting pipe fittings:
1 low-pressure air supply hose with inner diameter Φ13×20 m;
1 water pipe of 1”×20 m.
