1. Scope of Application
The fuel tank burst pressure testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used for pressure resistance tests of fuel tanks. It is applicable to metal automotive fuel tanks, including iron fuel tanks, aluminum fuel tanks, aluminum-magnesium alloy fuel tanks, as well as non-metallic automotive fuel tanks such as plastic fuel tanks.
The maximum test pressure reaches 1 MPa. The machine is capable of conducting water pressure tests, pressure resistance tests and burst tests.
Fill the fuel tank with water in advance, then pressurize the test piece via a booster pump. The proportional valve is controlled by software to adjust and stabilize the test pressure, realizing stepless regulation and precise control of pressure. The data acquisition system collects and records the test pressure in real time.
