一、Application Scope
The household water purifier hydrostatic testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used for water pressure resistance test and water pressure destructive test of water purifiers.
The maximum test pressure for burst test can reach 10 MPa, and the hydrostatic pressure resistance test pressure is 2 MPa.
It is applicable to the pressure resistance test of five-stage filters of water purifiers, and the water pressure resistance test on shells of various water purifiers such as ultrafiltration membrane water purifiers and RO reverse osmosis membrane water purifiers.
When conducting tests with the water purifier hydrostatic burst testing machine, operators shall follow the set test procedures and set corresponding parameters as required.
During the test, the testing machine records and analyzes various data to accurately evaluate the pressure resistance and burst performance of water purifiers.

三、Equipment Features
Power System: Adopts Simite booster pump with precise pressure control; low-pressure air is used as the power source.
Equipped with imported SSI pressure sensors from the United States for water pressure acquisition.
Supports product pressure resistance test and burst pressure test.
Multiple control modes are optional, including semi-automatic control and automatic control; test reports can be output automatically.
