一、Product Introduction
The three-component flow automatic gas mixing device developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. adopts multi-channel synchronous pressure stabilization. It adjusts the flow rate by controlling the opening of air and combustible gas valves respectively, so as to realize gas components with different mixing ratios.
The control system adopts intelligent PID software self-tuning control, supporting open-loop (manual) and closed-loop (self-tuning) regulation modes. It can automatically eliminate static control error, featuring stable operation and non-oscillation. The actuators adopt imported high-precision regulating valves.

The pressure sensor supports local display and remote transmission dual modes.

The gas mixing system runs stably without oscillation and is slightly affected by flow fluctuation.
One-key automatic gas distribution and automatic valve opening/closing adjustment are available.
