Ⅰ. Product Introduction
The pressure tank water hammer burst testing machine developed by Jinan SiUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for water hammer, pressure resistance and burst tests of coating pressure tanks and water purifier pressure tanks with a test burst pressure ranging from 0 to 5.00 MPa.
Adopting computer control, it allows centralized adjustment and control of working pressure, test temperature, test duration and other parameters. The equipment can display real-time pressure change curves, save test data and print test reports upon test completion.
Automatic pressure compensation is available during the test. Once the test piece ruptures and the pressure drops rapidly, the system will stop pressurization automatically. It is equipped with a power-off resume function; after power restoration, the previous test file can be called up to continue the test directly.
Ⅱ. Product Features
Core components are equipped with the company’s mature pneumatic booster devices, ensuring high-precision pressure control with adjustable and controllable output pressure. Hydraulic clamping is adopted for specimens to guarantee airtightness.
The whole testing process is fully automated, with water filling, air exhausting, pressure boosting and pressure unloading all controlled by computer.
The pressure rise rate is adjustable via computer; real-time pressure curves are displayed, and test reports can be printed after the test.
The computer system collects test pressure waveforms, supports report printing and provides fault alarm notification functions.
