I. Product Introduction
Developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd., the Filter Element Airflow Resistance Tester is used to measure the airflow resistance of filter components (gas filter cans, gas filter cartridges, dust filter boxes and filter media) of particulate respirators, particulate protective masks and gas masks.
It is applicable to mask manufacturers, labor protection product inspection institutions and research institutes for mask testing and inspection. The equipment complies with GB/T 32610-2016 Respiratory protective equipment and GB 2626-2019 Respiratory protective equipment.
Designed for testing the breathing resistance of self-priming filter type particulate respirators, this tester is equipped with dedicated software. It can display pressure curves in real time, generate test reports and store test data. It fully meets the requirements of GB/T 32610-2016 and GB 2626-2019 for self-priming filter type particulate respirators, and supports the testing of KN and KP series respiratory masks.

II. Features of Filter Element Airflow Resistance Tester
Pressure is sampled via industrial standard pressure equalizing rings for stable and accurate readings. High-pressure differential pressure sensors and standard inverted U-tube manometers for low pressure are adopted, featuring neat layout and easy operation.
The unit adopts a self-supporting frame structure fitted with fixed feet, facilitating disassembly, maintenance and transportation.
The whole system is equipped with standard industrial instrument control units. It can be used for chemical engineering principle experiments, and serves as an ideal platform for process automation and chemical detection instrument tests.
With an elegant appearance and rational structural design, the equipment presents distinct industrial characteristics and fully complies with modern laboratory standards.
III. Technical Parameters
The instrument consists of an adjustable air supply and a pressure measurement system.
It digitally displays airflow resistance and supports zero calibration and accuracy calibration.
The specimen clamp and filter element support enable easy mounting of test samples.
