1. Product Introduction
Developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd., the Particulate Protection Efficiency and Filtration Efficiency Tester is designed to test the particulate protection performance and filtration efficiency of daily protective masks and respirators.
It is widely applicable to medical device inspection centers, safety protection inspection centers, labor protection inspection centers, drug control institutions, centers for disease control and prevention, hospitals, as well as manufacturers of masks and respirators.

II. Features of Particulate Protection Efficiency and Filtration Efficiency Tester
Equipped with a cold aerosol generator to produce continuous and stable aerosol particles; solution filling is convenient.
High-precision PM2.5 sensors are adopted to measure aerosol concentration.
Full-process particulate leakage-proof design ensures operator safety.
Compatible with masks and respirators for testing their particulate protection efficiency and filtration efficiency.
The aerosol generator can produce either salt-based or oil-based particulate aerosols.
Fitted with an aerosol charge neutralizer for particulate matters.
Pneumatic clamps with protective devices ensure safe and easy operation.
Built-in temperature and humidity sensors display ambient conditions in real time.
Equipped with glass rotameter, vacuum pump and laser particle counter.
The test chamber for protection efficiency adopts a front-opening design with excellent tightness. Operating gloves are installed for easy replacement of test masks.

Suction sampling tube for inhaled gas is arranged right below the nostrils (inside the oral cavity).
A breathing simulator is used to simulate human breathing.
Breathing simulator parameters: Sinusoidal airflow, breathing frequency 20 times per minute, breathing flow (30 ± 1) L/min; Flow range for respirator test: 0 - 40 L/min

Control system: The whole test process is controlled by computer with automatic data acquisition. Dedicated computer and test software are configured.
Automatic functions: Real-time display of aerosol concentration in test chamber, inhaled gas concentration and background concentration; automatic calculation of filtration efficiency and protection efficiency. Test data can be saved, exported, retrieved and printed.
