I. Product Introduction
Developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd., the mask breathing resistance tester is used to measure the inspiratory resistance and expiratory resistance of respirators, masks and other protective products under specified conditions. It is applicable to national labor protection product inspection institutions and mask manufacturers for testing conventional masks, dust masks, medical masks and anti-haze masks.

II. Features of Mask Breathing Resistance Tester
The instrument consists of an adjustable air source, standard human head form, two sets of pipeline systems for inspiration and expiration, and a breathing resistance measurement system.
The flow sensor features high sensitivity and an extremely low starting flow rate.
Adopting a thermal mass flowmeter chip, the sensor requires no temperature and pressure compensation, ensuring high measurement accuracy. Multiple sensors are integrated onto a single chip, greatly extending its turndown ratio.
This flow sensor delivers excellent zero-point stability, full-range stability, high accuracy and favorable repeatability. It also boasts low power consumption, low pressure loss and fast response.
The data recorder is equipped with a graphic dot-matrix LCD with a resolution of no less than 128×64, featuring a full Chinese interface for easy operation.
Built-in memory is available in the data recorder to store measured data.
The micro-pressure sensor adopts a two-wire system with high precision and superior stability. It is designed with explosion-proof structure for safe and reliable operation.
The range and zero point of the micro-pressure sensor can be continuously adjusted externally, and its damping is also adjustable. With no moving mechanical parts, it requires minimal maintenance.
Special air circuit switching components are adopted for the whole device, enabling quick and convenient switching between the inspiratory and expiratory pipelines.
The instrument complies with the latest national standards and is applicable to both labor protection masks and daily protective masks.
