I. Product Introduction
The vertical cylinder valve loading and unloading machine for heptafluoropropane cylinders developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is suitable for installing and disassembling valves of heptafluoropropane cylinders.
The equipment consists of a frame, a clamping device, a torque meter, a transmission device, an electrical control system and other components.
The clamping device clamps and releases the steel cylinder through the action of an air cylinder.
The transmission device uses a motor to drive a reducer to rotate the main shaft, which is equipped with a universal joint and a valve clamping fixture. The fixture can move up and down as well as forward and backward.
The electrical control system controls the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and is equipped with a device for setting the valve torque and automatic shutdown.
