一、Product Introduction
Developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd., the water purifier hydrostatic burst test bench is designed in accordance with GB/T 30307-2013 Drinking Water Treatment Devices for Household and Similar Uses, Clause 6.3.3 structural performance test.
It is mainly applied to conduct hydrostatic burst tests on drinking water treatment equipment including water purifiers, water softeners, water dispensers and mineral water machines. Equipped with a display screen, the equipment can real-time display current pressure data, pressure curves and test duration.
During operation, relevant operating specifications and safety standards shall be strictly followed to ensure stable equipment operation and accurate test results. Regular maintenance and upkeep are required to extend the service life and maintain long-term stable performance of the equipment.

III. Features of Water Purifier Hydrostatic Burst Test Bench
Controlled by a computer system, it can set test pressure, pressure holding time, display pressure curves, reset to zero, reset, and print data (including test date, burst peak value and pressure holding time).
A water inlet float valve and a water level sensor are installed on the water tank, and an alarm will be given when water is insufficient.
The electrical part of the equipment is equipped with leakage protection function, and the electric control box is fully waterproof designed.
