I. Product Introduction
The fire product valve air tightness testing machine developed by Jinan Siminte Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for air tightness tests and inspections of various fire product valves.
It is equipped with a pressure sensor and a PLC automatic control system. The test pressure value and pressure holding time can be set freely, and the system will alarm automatically after the test is completed. The equipment is safe and reliable in operation.
The fire product valve air tightness testing machine is one of the indispensable testing equipments in the manufacturing and application of fire product valves, which can effectively ensure the air tightness performance and quality reliability of valves.

II. Features of Fire Product Valve Air Tightness Testing Machine
Equipped with a pressure relief port, supporting both automatic and manual pressure relief.
The main screen interface allows presetting of 5 test pressure values according to the working pressure of the valve.
Equipped with a stainless steel high-pressure regulator for adjusting test pressure; the system displays the pressure rising rate in real time during testing.
The machine is factory-fitted with an independent low-pressure gauge for low-pressure tests, which can be closed during high-pressure tests.
The test workpiece can be pneumatically controlled to submerge 30 cm into water as a whole.
