High-Pressure Rubber Hose Impact Durability Test Bench is developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. This test equipment is mainly used to test the service life of high-pressure rubber hoses under specified operating and maintenance conditions, as well as to predict and verify the weak links and dangerous parts of the hose structure.
Through durability tests, the equipment can identify the components with reliability issues in product design and manufacturing, providing a basis for design optimization and process improvement. Meanwhile, by measuring the wear volume change of high-pressure rubber hoses during the test, the service life of new products can be accurately calculated and evaluated.

四、Equipment Features
- Adopts computer control system; parameters including test pressure and test duration can be set freely within the specified ranges.
- Equipped with automatic shutdown protection function: once the test specimen ruptures, the pressure drops rapidly, and the equipment will stop pressurizing automatically. This feature ensures the safety of personnel and equipment to the greatest extent, making it suitable for unattended testing.
- Pressure holding time, constant pressure time and other relevant parameters are fully adjustable.
- Full-process test status prompts, including boosting process, constant pressure process and pressure holding process.
- The equipment features convenient maintenance: output connectors are easy to replace, sensors, pressure gauges and other components are simple to disassemble and assemble, facilitating metering verification and routine maintenance. All core components are treated with anti-rust treatment.
- The working medium can be recycled circularly; the test liquid can automatically flow back to the hydraulic tank during testing, realizing medium saving and clean operation.

The Battery Explosion-Proof Disc Burst Tester is mainly used for conducting burst tests on battery explosion-proof discs. This equipment features steplessly adjustable output pressure, and the pressure boosting rate can be freely set within the specified range. The test process can be controlled either automatically via a computer or manually through push-button switches.

Conduit Strength Test Bench
It is used for the strength test and pressurized cyclic cleaning of metal conduits. The test and cleaning medium is No. 15 aviation hydraulic oil. The test pressure range shall cover 1 MPa–100 MPa, and the cyclic cleaning pressure range shall cover 1 MPa–5 MPa. It is widely used in metal pipe factories and pipeline enterprises to test the pressure resistance performance of metal pipes.
