I. Product Introduction
The air booster system developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. uses only ordinary compressed air as its power source to achieve the desired pressure. It is suitable for air pressurization, and the system can be equipped with a buffer tank for gas storage as required.
The equipment is applicable to scenarios where system pipeline pressure needs to be supplied. Driven by compressed air, the product is safe and explosion-proof. It is ideal for small machine tools, fixtures, air cylinders and other applications where pipeline pressure is insufficient and high-pressure air supply is required.
It features compact size, light weight and high safety. Various medium outputs, multiple output pressure controls, and computer-controlled pressure regulation and air supply are available as options.

III. Features
Wide application: pressurization of compressed air and inert gases.
The air booster system only needs to be connected to the driving compressed air and the gas source to be pressurized, so as to achieve continuous and stable high-pressure gas output.
It is used for high-pressure gas delivery, dry gas sealing, gas filling and cylinder filling. It also provides pressure source for high-pressure gas sealing tests of pressure vessels such as valves, pressure pipelines, gas cylinders, and wellhead devices.
The output pressure can be adjusted by setting the air pressure regulator. The pump stops automatically when the set pressure is reached and resumes operation when the pressure drops.
Driven by ordinary clean compressed air at 2–8 bar, the maximum operating pressure of the output gas can reach 30 MPa.
Adopting a special sealing method with zero leakage, it is suitable for high-purity gases and special gases.
