I. Product Introduction

The air pressurization system developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. requires only standard compressed air as a power source to achieve the desired pressure. It is suitable for air pressurization, and the system can be equipped with a buffer tank for gas storage as needed. The equipment is designed for applications where system pipeline pressure is required. It is driven by compressed air, ensuring safe and explosion-proof operation.

This system is ideal for scenarios where pipeline pressure is insufficient, such as in small machine tools, fixtures, and cylinders, and where a high-pressure air supply is needed. It features a compact size, light weight, and high safety. Options are available for various media outputs, multiple output pressure controls, and computer-controlled pressure regulation for air supply.

III. Features

The air pressurization system requires only connection to the driving compressed air and the gas to be pressurized to deliver a continuous and stable high-pressure gas output.

It is used for high-pressure gas delivery, dry gas sealing, filling, and cylinder charging. It also serves as a pressure source for high-pressure gas seal testing of valves, pressure pipes, cylinders, and other pressure vessels, as well as wellhead equipment.

The output pressure can be adjusted by setting the pneumatic pressure regulator. The pump automatically stops when the set pressure is reached and resumes operation when the pressure drops.

It is driven by ordinary clean compressed air of 2–8 bar, with a maximum output gas pressure of up to 30 MPa.

A special sealing method is adopted to achieve zero leakage, making it suitable for high-purity gases and specialty gases.
