I. Product Introduction
The Single-End Valve Test Bench developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for hydraulic seal testing of single-end valves, adopting a horizontal structure. It adopts clamping and lifting claw gripping modes, which hold the back of the tested valve flange without exerting external force. By testing valves on the test bench, the performance and quality of the valves can be fully evaluated, and potential problems can be identified and resolved in a timely manner. This helps improve the quality and reliability of valves, ensuring their long-term stable operation in various industrial piping systems.
It is suitable for straight-through flanged valves, including gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, etc.

II. Features of Single-End Valve Test Bench
All components of the hydraulic control system adopt branded hydraulic control elements to ensure long-term stability of the equipment.
The system is equipped with high-pressure and low-pressure water pump systems. The low-pressure water pump is a stainless steel pump supplied by Nanfang Pump Industry, and the high-pressure pump adopts a pneumatically driven pump. The output pressure of the high-pressure pump can be adjusted by regulating the driving air pressure.
The test medium pipelines are made of stainless steel, and the pipeline connections adopt a hard seal structure.
The electrical control system supports remote control of the test system. The control cabinet is placed outside the safety protection zone. During testing, corresponding actions such as air intake and pressure relief can be completed simply by pressing buttons, ensuring easy operation.
All test medium pipeline connections adopt hard seals to ensure long-term effectiveness and avoid seal failure caused by aging of O-rings.
