I. Product Introduction
The on-line safety valve calibration bench mainly consists of three parts: mechanical fixture, hydraulic power unit, and data acquisition and processing unit.
Mechanical Fixture
It is mainly used for clamping and positioning the safety valve, and serves as an external actuator for the hydraulic system. The mechanical fixture adopts a modular structure, featuring convenient assembly and disassembly, safety and reliability.
Hydraulic Power Unit
It provides adjustable hydraulic output and flow rate, with an output pressure of 10 MPa and a lifting force of 50 kN, to control the external lifting force and lifting speed (manual pump).
Data Processing Unit
As the core of the testing system, it directly determines the reliability and accuracy of the system. The tension sensor adopts a spoke‑type structure with high sensitivity, and its accuracy can reach 0.05% FS.
The testing system is equipped with the Simntec (Jinan) data acquisition system, which easily realizes linear acquisition of force and pressure, as well as storage and output of test data and pressure curves.
II. Technical Features
The equipment adopts an advanced design principle and is equipped with the Simntec data acquisition system. It can store safety valve measurement data for a long time for inquiry and hard-copy archiving, support computer database storage, and directly generate calibration reports.
Suitable for testing spring-loaded safety valves and pressure relief valves of various specifications and dimensions.
The innovative threaded chuck ensures that the mechanical support can be firmly and reliably fixed on the safety valve.
The equipment is equipped with a forced closing mechanism (manual hydraulic directional valve) to prevent excessive lifting or failure of the valve disc to return automatically.
The equipment is small in size, light in weight and easy to carry.
All pressure-bearing parts adopt standard components of internationally renowned brands without any welded connections, enabling easy disassembly, high safety factor, long service life and convenient maintenance.

The subsea valve calibration bench developed by Jinan Simnte Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for the inspection of subsea valve structure and material properties, as well as air tightness tests and port opening tests of the two air inlets.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic clamping device for clamping the test piece. The system can be clamped via pneumatic control or manual operation.

Safety valve calibration device is mainly used for performance tests such as sealing performance, popping pressure and reseating pressure of various safety valves, including flanged safety valves of DN32~400mm, threaded safety valves, full-lift / low-lift safety valves, conventional thin and thick flanged safety valves, domestic / imported safety valves, spring-loaded safety valves, safety valves with power auxiliary functions and safety valves with supplementary loading.
