I. Product Introduction
The Reactor Cooling Device Flow, Pressure Loss and Pressure Cycle Testing Machine developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used for testing reactor products. It measures the pressure drop of cooling systems under set flow rate, pressure and ambient temperature.
The test coolant is a mixture of 50% water and 50% ethylene glycol.
The testing machine is equipped with a water tank and filtration system.
Test parameters can be entered into the equipment, and test reports can be generated.
Upon completion of testing, the equipment will drain the coolant from the cooling system of the tested specimen.

III. Features of Reactor Cooling Device Flow, Pressure Loss & Pressure Cycle Testing Machine
All test parameters are adjustable. If a failed test is detected, the equipment shall terminate the test for the defective specimen only, without interfering with other specimens under test, which can continue testing.
Test parameters including working pressure, flow rate and number of cycles can be modified.
The control system can generate an independent test report for each specimen. The report contains all measured data mentioned above, plus tester information and signature. The template/layout of test reports is editable.
