1. Application Scope
The radiator hot and cold water cycle test unit manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used for hot and cold water cycle tests. The test media are water-ethylene glycol mixture or pure water. Test specimens include radiators, water tanks, pipelines and other components. The test complies with the standard QC/T468-2010.

3. Test Procedures
Connect the test piece.
Adjust the temperature of cold water and hot water.
Fill liquid into the test piece and vent air.
Set technical parameters such as test cycles.
Start the test after pressure adjustment.
Handle abnormalities if any fault occurs to the test piece during operation.
Release pressure upon test completion.
Depressurize and remove the test piece.
4. Product Features
Standard test cycle: 100,000 times; customized cycles are available on request.
Real-time pressure curve display; test reports can be printed after testing.
Built-in thermal insulation layer for liquid temperature control.
Equipped with protection functions to handle various abnormalities including abnormal temperature and pressure.
Automatically recover leaked medium after dismounting test pipelines.
Adopts advanced technology and reasonable structure with an elegant appearance.
Comes with over-temperature and over-pressure alarm functions.

High-pressure Pulsation Pressure Test Bench

 

Developed by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd., the high-pressure pulsation testing machine is mainly used for pulsation pressure tests of pipes, valves, pressure vessels and other products. Its test pressure ranges from 0 to 18 MPa, and the whole system is computer-controlled. Equipped with a data acquisition and processing system, the device can collect and store pressure waveform data in real time.
