1. Tester Overview
The faucet flow testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is designed to detect the flow characteristics of faucets under specified temperature and pressure conditions, providing a reliable basis for product quality evaluation.
It supports static pressure testing ranging from 0.5 to 10 MPa and low-pressure testing from 0.1 to 5 bar. Equipped with a variable-frequency motor to regulate outlet water pressure and a booster pump for high-pressure supply.
Widely applied in the production and quality inspection of sanitary ware products such as faucets and valves. The testing enables timely detection of product defects and deficiencies, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements. Meanwhile, the test data provides strong technical support for product improvement and performance optimization.

II. Equipment Features
Supports both cold and hot water functions. The hot water temperature is up to 90℃, and cold water adopts normal temperature tap water.
Tap water is applied for static pressure test.
The test pressure for flow rate and static pressure is adjustable and controllable.
The heating water tank is equipped with insulation layer for heating and heat preservation.
Automatic alarm for low water level.
A floating ball valve is arranged in the water tank to automatically cut off inlet water.
Adopts PLC and touch screen integrated control.

IV. Equipment Advantages
Stainless steel cabinet; four universal brake casters are installed at the bottom.
Equipped with flow test pump and booster pump to complete flow and pressure testing.
Fitted with independent cold water and hot water cabinets.
Pressure control: Variable frequency control for flow, proportional control for high pressure. Independent flow meters are configured for cold water and hot water respectively. Dual-station design is available for flow test and static pressure test simultaneously.

This equipment conducts air tightness detection by utilizing gas flow characteristics. It features high testing accuracy. The system allows setting of flow parameters, with flow accuracy up to ml/min or cc/min. It can automatically judge product qualification and identify leakage conditions.
