Ⅰ. Overview
The indoor fire hydrant pressure loss test bench manufactured by Jinan Simit Technology Co., Ltd. is applied to test the pressure, flow rate and differential pressure value of indoor fire hydrants.
This test bench is designed in accordance with GB 3445-2005 Standard for Indoor Fire Hydrants. It can collect test pressure data via computer, generate test reports and store data in Excel format, which greatly facilitates data recording and analysis.
Ⅱ. Technical Parameters
Equipped with reciprocating booster pump to realize adjustable and controllable output pressure easily.
Adopting advanced technology and reasonable structural design, featuring compact size, light weight and elegant appearance.
All pressure-bearing components adopt standard parts of well-known international brands without welding connection, easy to disassemble, high safety factor, long service life and convenient maintenance.
Pressure test range: 0~1.6 MPa; customized pressure range is available according to actual customer demands.
Support computer-based test pressure acquisition, test report generation and Excel data storage.
Flow rate: 5.0 L/S; differential pressure test accuracy: 0.001 MPa.
Ⅲ. Equipment Composition
It mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Pressure supply device: high-pressure water pump
(2) Parameter acquisition device: pressure acquisition unit, flow acquisition unit
(3) Data acquisition subsystem: computer, data acquisition card, Simit data acquisition and processing software, etc.
