I. Overview
The hydraulic pressure test equipment for flowmeter housings, cylinders and flanges manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is used to conduct hydrostatic tests on the outer shells and cylinders of various flowmeters (including vortex flowmeters, rotameters, electromagnetic flowmeters, etc.), so as to test the compressive strength of the flowmeter cylinders themselves. The test pressure can reach up to 10 MPa, and the ultimate pressure can be up to 40 MPa.

Equipped with Siminte booster pumps, enabling easily adjustable and controllable output pressure.
Equipped with an automatic clamping fixture, which can conveniently seal the flanges at both ends of the flowmeter.
An explosion-proof observation mechanism is installed outside the clamping fixture to maximize the safety of test operators.
Pressure test range: 0–10 MPa, up to 40 MPa.
Test nominal diameter: DN15–DN400.
Pressure display accuracy: 0.01 MPa.
