I. Scope of Application
The Jinan SUPER Sensor Pressure Fatigue Testing Machine is mainly used for the ex-factory inspection of the following components:
4-20mA sensors, 0-10V sensors, 0-5V sensors.

II. Basic Parameters
Test medium: Oil, water or ethylene glycol mixture
Test pressure: 0–280 MPa (adjustable)
Pressure display accuracy: 0.1 bar
Test recording: Real-time pressure curve display via computer recording, or manual recording
Test medium temperature: Room temperature ~ 130°C (according to customer requirements)
III. Equipment Structure
The test bench consists of 3 main parts:
Pressure generation system: Pressure pump, control valves, sensors.
Test cabinet: Mainly used for installing the tested parts, pressure regulation and system pressure indication.
Electrical control cabinet and computer testing system: Used for collecting test pressure and cycle count changes, printing reports, and storing test data.

Basic Principle |
According to different pressures, the high-pressure pump generates high-pressure liquid, which passes through the pressure control system and is delivered to the specimen via a high-pressure hose, to conduct fatigue pressure test and calibration of the sensor. |
