I. Application Scope
Jinan SUPER Pressure Gauge Hydraulic Pressure Tester is mainly used for the factory inspection of the following components: shockproof oil pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, and barometers. Reference Standards: National Standard GB/T 1227-2002 Precision Pressure Gauges; GB/T 4439-1984 Operating Conditions for Industrial Automation Instruments; GB/T 4451-1984 Industrial Automation Instruments.
II. Basic Parameters
1. Test Medium: Oil, water or ethylene glycol mixture
2. Test Pressure: 0-160Mpa (adjustable)
3. Pressure Display Accuracy: 0.1bar
4. Test Record: Two methods available: real-time pressure curve recorded and displayed by computer, or manual recording
5. Test Medium Temperature: Room temperature ～ 130℃ (according to customer requirements)
III. Equipment Composition
This test bench consists of 3 main parts:
1. Pressure Generation System: Pressure pump, control valve, sensor.
2. Test Cabinet: Mainly used for installing the test piece to be tested, pressure regulation and system pressure indication.
3. Electrical Control Cabinet and Computer Test System: Used for collecting test pressure and changes in test cycles, printing reports, and saving test data.
