一、Application Scope of Hydraulic Pressure Test System
SUPER hydraulic pressure boosting systems and pressure boosting cabinets are mainly used for hydraulic pressure tests on products such as tested vessels. The equipment is equipped with a remote video monitoring device and a remote control system, which can output test reports and save test data.
二、Equipment Features
Pressure can be adjusted within the range of 0–120 MPa (continuous pressure regulation and pressure maintenance from high to low and from low to high). Different products are selected according to different pressure requirements.
Data recording, test monitoring, and all test settings and operations can be completed by the control system, enabling unmanned on-site operation.
Automatically generates pressure curves, completes data storage, supports automatic and manual pressure relief. Up to 5 test stages or a single test stage can be set at one time for test control (pressure values are adjustable).
三、Technical Description
Pipeline system: All pipelines are made of stainless steel. The pipeline system must be equipped with an air filter and a water filter to filter impurities in compressed air and water respectively.
The hydraulic pressure boosting system adopts high-pressure and low-pressure booster pumps as the main pressure sources, converting oil pressure into high-pressure water to provide the test pressure source.
The high-pressure pump is driven by a motor to supply low-pressure oil. Through a precision booster cylinder, based on Pascal’s principle, the large piston pushes the small piston to boost pressure, converting low-pressure oil into high-pressure water.
The low-pressure pump is used for low-pressure water injection and water supply to the booster pump. Pressure is controlled by the control system to realize smooth high-pressure regulation.
After reaching the pressure maintaining point, the high-pressure pump maintains pressure and continuously supplies the required pressure to meet the test pressure demand of the tested part.
When pressure reduction is required, the pressure reduction amount is set through the control system, and the solenoid valve is controlled to open and close accordingly.
When the solenoid valve is open, the air supply drives the pressure relief valve to start pressure relief; when the solenoid valve is closed, the air supply is cut off to stop pressure relief. A manual pressure relief valve is provided as a backup.
Pressure test range: 0–120 MPa. The corresponding pressure is selected according to the actual customer requirements.
Test medium: Water, hydraulic oil.
