I. Application Scope of Air Conditioning Pipe Burst Testing Machine
The air conditioning pipe burst testing machine developed by Jinan SUPER is suitable for the pressure resistance and burst performance tests of various air conditioning pipes. It is widely applied in fields such as quality inspection institutions, auto parts manufacturers, product quality inspection stations, scientific research institutes and colleges for the production, development and research of various hoses.
The pressure test system consists of a pressurization system as well as a control and display system. The pressurization system is mainly composed of Simt liquid booster pumps, which completes system pressurization and pressure holding, and ensures long-term pressurization and pressure maintenance during tests. The control and display system is responsible for controlling the pressure of driving gas, pressure relief, real-time pressure display and pressurization control.
