I. Scope of Application
The pressure fatigue testing machine manufactured by Jinan SUPER Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used for pressure alternating tests and fatigue life tests on products including hoses, water purifiers, valves, pressure vessels, radiators, coolers, water tanks, indicators, pressure switches, fire sprinklers, alarm valves and water accumulators. It is equipped with an automatic control system and controlled by LabVIEW software.
This pressure fatigue testing machine is widely used in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, marine, electronics, electric power, petroleum and chemical engineering. III. Features of Pressure Alternating Test Bench

Equipped with abnormal condition alarm and automatic shutdown functions. The entire test process is computer-controlled; test parameters such as test pressure, medium temperature, ambient temperature, cycle count and test waveform can be set on the computer.
High-quality pumps, valves, pipe fittings and connectors are used for safe operation and long service life.
Fitted with a glass observation window to ensure the personal safety of operators.
Test data can be saved automatically in case of sudden power failure.
Equipped with SUP1.0 data acquisition software, which can save all data in Excel format, and support printing and exporting test reports.
