1. Application Scope
Jinan Super Pressure Pulse Tester is mainly used for factory inspection of components including hoses, radiators and oil coolers, charge air coolers. It performs pressure pulse fatigue tests in compliance with standards: TL52361, GB 16897, SAE 188, GB 10542-1989, GB/T 7129-2001, QC/T 669-2000, GB/T 7127.1-2000, HT/T 2718-1995, QC/T 468-2010, GB 8577-2005 and GB 10505.
2. Basic Parameters
Test medium: Oil, water, glycol mixture or compressed gas
Pulse pressure: 0-70 MPa (adjustable). Select the proper pressure range according to product requirements.
Pressure control accuracy: 0.1 bar
Pulse frequency: 5~60 cycles per minute (adjustable)
Pulse pressure waveform: Basic square wave (trapezoidal wave or sine wave available). Pulse width can be customized as required.
Test medium temperature: Ambient temperature ~ 130℃ (customizable)
Continuous test cycles: Over 1,000,000 cycles in a single run. Continuous working duration: more than 30 days. No leakage or deformation is allowed during tightness test.
3. Equipment Composition
The test bench consists of three major parts:
Hydraulic system: Circulating pump and pulse generator
Test cabinet: For mounting test specimens, pressure regulation and system pressure indication
Electrical control cabinet & computer test system: Start buttons and meters are mounted on the console for centralized control and monitoring. The computer system collects parameters such as test pressure waveform, test cycles and pulse frequency, supports report printing and fault alarm functions.

Reactor Cooling Device Flow and Pressure Loss Cycle Tester
This machine is applied to performance testing of reactors. It is used to measure the pressure drop of the cooling system under preset flow rate, pressure and ambient temperature. The test coolant is a mixture of 50% water and 50% ethylene glycol.
The unit is fitted with a water tank and filter. It enables users to input test parameters and generate test reports automatically. After the test is finished, the equipment will extract the residual coolant from the cooling system of the test piece.

Filter Housing Pulse & Vibration Tester
This equipment conducts pulse tests on filter housings under high-frequency vibration to verify their fatigue life. The vibration direction (vertical, longitudinal and lateral) and vibration frequency are fully adjustable.
