I. Application Scope
The Chemical Injection System developed by Jinan Siminte adopts the booster pump independently developed by Siminte. It is used in the global petroleum exploitation and processing industry. Driven by air/gas, the system injects chemicals quantitatively into oil wells, gas wells and pipelines for plug removal and thawing, so as to restore normal operation of oil (gas) wells. It can also be used to quantitatively deliver reaction raw materials to high-pressure reaction kettles.

The packer (bridge plug) test equipment can complete all tests of V5 grade as described in Clause 6.5.2.3 of API SPEC 11D1 (specific parameters and test procedures are shown in the appendix). It can generate relevant test reports (including pressure vs. time curves), which serve as important supporting documents for applying for API V5 product certification.
The equipment can apply setting pressure to packers (bridge plugs), apply upper and lower differential pressure to sealing elements, and provide axial releasing load. It also meets the requirements for handling test tools before and after testing.
The equipment consists of five parts:
power system, medium circulation system, remote measurement and control system, axial load mechanism, and test platform.
